Of course, Lanthanies are not the only species on “Star Trek” that lives much longer than humans. Then there are the Denobulans of “Star Trek: Enterprise”. This implies that the Denobulans – the species of Dr. Phlox (John Billingsley) – can live more than 300 years, because the grandmother of the good doctor lived several vicious wars from it a long time ago.

On “Star Trek: Deep Space Nine”, Dax (Terry Farrell) was a trille, and they have incredibly long. Sort of. The trille is a jointly two species, a humanoid host and a worm -shaped entity which is surgically implanted in their abdomen. The Green entity can live around 550 years, but must move between its hosts, which can only live for around 80 to 100. Dax is 20 years old, but also 357.

Also on “Next Generation”, ” The public met Guinan (Whoopi Goldberg)member of El Aurian’s species. El Aurrians looks like humans, has a very soft philosophy of life and can live several centuries. Guinan was an adult on earth in 1893 and used for tool with Mark Twain (Jerry Hardin). Guinan was therefore at least 490. She also mentioned once her father was still alive and he was 700 years old. Guinan, being a private person, has never revealed how long the Aurians of El can live.

In the original episode of “Star Trek” “Let that be your last battlefield” (January 10, 1969) two characters name Bele and Lokai (Frank Gorshin and Lou Antonio), on the planet Charon, claimed to have been hunting for 50,000 years. Happy birthday!

And this does not even have magnetic organisms or divine entities that can live for millions of years. “Star Trek” works on a fairly long chronology.
