Tarek La Moussa will face his ex-employee Jeffrey Revoywhich accuses the HGTV star of unjustified dismissal, in court, US Weekly can report exclusively.
A judge of the Superior Court of the County of Orange provided for the trial to start on October 12, 2026, according to legal documents obtained by We.
In August 2023, Revoy filed his first trial against El Moussa, 43. The other defendants of the trial were the companies of El Moussa, Tarek Buys Homes and Digital Foundation Group and the trading partner of El Moussa.
The prosecution accused El Moussa and the other accused of reprisals, breach of contract and unjustified termination.
Revoy said he was dismissed after pointing out “harassing and threatening the conduct by one of the most” of “human resources defendants.

The same month, Revoy said that El Moussa had lost his composure and launched a sandwich on one of his assistants, complaining that he had no mustard. Revoy said that a member of the crew had filed a complaint, but nothing happened because the person who had been struck was not an employee of HGTV. Revoy said that the same day, the longtime employee of El Moussa had resigned due to “inexcusable” behaviors, in particular “howl, shout” and maledify.
On July 29, 2022, Revoy said he received an e-mail from El Moussa’s personal lawyer informing him that he had been dismissed. He accused Revoy of having made false complaints against another employee who led Revoy to end the employee. El Moussa said he had been forced to spend hundreds of thousands of legal fees in a fight with the former employee. Revoy denied all the allegations of reprehensible acts.
Revoy asked for a trial before a jury of five to seven days in this area.
Revoy brought a second separate complaint against El Moussa in February 2024 for breach of contract. He said that El Moussa had co -founded a real estate company Tem Capital Management.
He said that El Moussa was to have 75% and that he would hold 15%. Revoy said he had managed and managed the company since the creation in a successful first year.

On July 24, Revoy filed legal documents rejecting the Tem Capital trial without prejudice, which means that it could be refreshed in the future.
