Tarek La Moussa will face his ex-employee Jeffrey Revoywhich accuses the HGTV star of unjustified dismissal, in court, US Weekly can report exclusively.
A judge of the Superior Court of the County of Orange provided for the trial to start on October 12, 2026, according to legal documents obtained by We.
In August 2023, Revoy filed his first trial against El Moussa, 43. The other defendants of the trial were the companies of El Moussa, Tarek Buys Homes and Digital Foundation Group and the trading partner of El Moussa.
The prosecution accused El Moussa and the other accused of reprisals, breach of contract and unjustified termination.
Revoy said he was dismissed after pointing out “harassing and threatening the conduct by one of the most” of “human resources defendants.

The same month, Revoy said that El Moussa had lost his composure and launched a sandwich on one of his assistants, complaining that he had no mustard. Revoy said that a member of the crew had filed a complaint, but nothing happened because the person who had been struck was not an employee of HGTV. Revoy asked for a trial before a jury of five to seven days in this area.

Revoy said El Moussa had denied his interest and had it withdrawn with the required approval of the board of directors. He said that El Moussa used his fame to persuade the world “that he and he alone founded the business”.
In March 2024, Tarek denied all allegations in the Tem Capital trial. His lawyer argued: “[El Moussa] alleys that [Revoy’s] Allegations and alleged damage, if necessary, are prohibited in whole or in part because they have been caused by and are attributable to acts or omissions of [Revoy] himself or third parties for whom [El Moussa] is not responsible. He demanded that the costume be thrown.
On July 24, Revoy filed legal documents rejecting the Tem Capital trial without prejudice, which means that it could be refreshed in the future.
