In a declaration filed with his request, Richards explained that she had obtained a temporary prohibition order against phypeurs earlier this month. However, the court did not grant its request for the devices. She said she needed the court to intervene and help her now, given the recent actions of Phypers.

She explained that the photos of the story included “a photo of me with my completely exposed chest and another image of my buttocks. Another image of the article is a photo of my phone held by Aaron with my private text messages. ”
Richards said that his ex said to the point of sale that he had found 107 “hot text messages” on his phone.
“I have been in extreme and very disrupted distress since Aaron has repeatedly broadcast private text messages stolen from my laptop after the publication of the TRO and I have not warned it several times not to broadcast information from my mobile phone or my laptop,” she said.
