Squid Game Season 3’s Creepiest New Character Gives Twilight Vibes

Do not hide and search if you have not looked through episode 5, season 3 of “Squid Game” – spoilers Lie! You were notified!

We all knew that it was going to happen. After discovering that Kim Jun-Hee (Jo Yu-Ri), also known as player 222 in the titular gameswas pregnant in season 2, the public probably knew that it would be a huge point of the intrigue in season 3. Looking to train, the series gave the public a huge shock when, in the third episode of the season, Jun-Hee gave birth in the middle of a dangerous game, during which the players are divided into two teams to play the children’s hiding place. The torsion? The players of the red vests are the “researchers” and they wear knives; If they do not kill at least another player, they will be entirely eliminated from the game. Those in the blue vests must “hide” by escaping through different doors in the massive whole, and the whole is just as bloody and horrible as it may seem.

While she hides in a room with her friends and colleagues blue vests Cho Hyun-ju (Park Sung-Hoon) And Jang Geum-Ja (Kang Ae-Shim), the players 120 and 149, Jun-Hee enters work, and Geum-Ja helps him cross the birth process while Hyun-Ju does his best to keep them from all red vests. Hyun-Ju is killed in the process and, during the match, Jun-Hee is disastrously injured the ankle, making it even more vulnerable. However, his little girl was born safely … and the baby CGI that we see is a nightmare directly from the “twilight” saga.

The Twilight saga presented a frightening baby CGI

Fans of the “Twilight” Films Know That, After Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) Gives Birth to Her Daughter Renesmee in 2012’s “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn-Part 2,” We’re Treated to A Similarly Upsetting CGI Baby after Bella Survives (UNLIKE JUN-HEE, She’s not Competing in Games that could cost her her life, but she do Receive a vampire cesarean from her husband, Edward Cullen by Robert Pattinson, and turns into a vampire on site). To say that Renesmee (named after his two grandmothers in one of the most stupid of Portmanteaus in the history of pop culture) is to give “Uncanny Valley” would be correct, just like Jun-Hee’s little daughter. I should remind everyone, however, that a doll was almost Used for renesmeeBecause the main line of the half-human child and half vampire grows at an alarming pace. Apparently, however, this did not quite work.

“Chucuckesmee was a giant failure on all fronts,” said director Bill Condon Weekly entertainment When the film was released, jokingly referring to the Doll version of the character who was almost used on the screen. “Really, it was one of the most grotesque things I have ever seen. It was a horror show! There was a blow where I call:” Cut! “And suddenly, she turns her head and looks mechanically directly in the camera.

Producer Wyck Godfrey expressed a feeling similar to The guardian While commemorating a film set. “You try to create something that is on another world with Renesmee in the film which must be supernaturally intelligent but which always looks like a baby, but which seems a little more mature than that of the age of a day. So, we ended up shooting the day and shooting it.”

I guess we should count our lucky stars that “Squid Game” came with a bizarre baby CGI instead of a distorted doll, right?

Jun-Hee’s baby faces a terrible fate in the squid game season 3 game

While Edward’s bizarre baby has become a real child played by Mackenzie Foy, Jun-Hee’s newborn baby was born in the midst of life or death games, giving him a rather dark perspective from the start. After finishing hide and seek, the players go to their next match, and Jun-Hee asks Gi-Hun (Lee Jung-Jae), the winner of the previous match who returned to try to drop the entire organization of season 2, to help him with the baby. He delivered a touching speech on his own daughter who clearly shows that he feels sympathetic to his fate.

The next match is Jump Rope, and between Jun-Hee’s injured ankle and her newborn baby, she is unable to participate in any way. Gi-Hun brings his baby through the narrow path successfully and tells him that he will come back to help Jun-Hee, but she looks more and more desperate while the game continues, especially when other players start to block the path and push others to death. Between Gi-Hun and Jun-Hee’s boyfriend-and the baby’s father, Lee Myung-Gi (IM Si-Wan)-they cannot help Jun-Hee, and she does not even try to compete but simply fall to death in the caves under the way.

Jun-Hee’s baby finally takes his mother’s number and becomes Player 222, it is therefore prudent to say that, although it gives major vibrations to Renesmee, its story will probably happen very differently.

“Squid Game” is in trouble on Netflix now.
