Goldman admitted that he had never understood why they lost contact but still hoped that Burrell was happy.

Anne Burrell was found dead in her Brooklyn house on the morning of June 17, 2025. Her husband, Stuart Claxton, discovered that she was not responding to the shower and called 911 to report a cardiac arrest.
