If you have been an adult or nearby since the beginning of the century, it has probably been a good time. Retrospectively, it is very unfortunate that the tragic attacks of September 11, 2001 occurred well when the superhero cinema was starting to really take root, because it meant that the multitude of beloved characters who were brought to the cinema screens should be perceived through an objective of skepticism and granular suspicion. Although this does wonders for certain characters, who came directly on questions of politics and morality (like the X-Men) or often struggled with their darker nature (as we see in “Spider-Man 3” and the “Dark Knight” trilogy by Christopher Nolan), this approach was not a size.

“Man of Steel” by Zack Snyder is the apotheosis The way the “dark and grainy” approach to superheroes could become.
