In the last episode of his podcast, Meghan spoke of her experiences during pregnancy with her two children, Archie, 6, and Lilibet, 3.

The former actress discussed with the founder of Spanx, Sara Blakely, who shared stories on the design of a sneaker heel. The conversation triggered Meghan’s own memory to sail in royal tasks while being strongly pregnant.

Thinking about a 2019 moment of his time as a Royal who works, Meghan laughed at a photo that a friend had recently reminded him.

“A friend just said to me the other day, he said to himself: ‘I just saw this photo that I forgot when you were so pregnant from Archie’,” recalls Meghan, by People magazine.

Although he earns around 65 pounds in each pregnancy, Meghan said she continued to wear her five -inch five -inch signature heels during public events.

“I always wear my five-inch stint heels, pointed to the end,” she admitted, noting that her friend was surprised by the image of her pregnancy in heels. “‘You have the most enormous bump and your tiny little ankles are preparing for these high heels”, but all my weight was at the front. The Tuesday episode marked the conclusion of the first season of Meghan’s podcast, “Confessions of A Founder Woman”, which was launched on April 8 after its official announcement in March.

During the season, Meghan sat with a series of women inspiring entrepreneurs, many of whom she shares with personal ties.

The guests understood the herd of Whitney Wolfe of Bumble, the girls who code and the mothers of the first founder Reshma Saujani, Kadi Lee by Highbrow Hippie, Jamie Kern Lima of It Cosmetics, Hannah Mendoza de Clevr Blendswell, Heather Hasson of Figs and Kitsch’s Cassandra Thurswell.

The release of the podcast intervened shortly after the launch of the Meghan lifestyle brand, which was initially introduced as American Riviera Orchard.

In February, she announced that the brand would be renamed as always. The first range of brand products, a limited edition collection of craft food products, was published to the public on April 2 and sold in the 45 minutes.

Meghan suggested that her popular jam, which has sold quickly, could not go back to the shelves of any time, while she takes a break to think about her next steps with her lifestyle, as always.

In an interview, the Duchess of Sussex, 43, told Fast Company that she planned to “take a step back, collect data from the launch and determine exactly what could be”.

While she recognized the buzz around her first range of products, Meghan suggested that she was more focused on the long -term vision of the brand than on the replenishment of the articles.

For the future, it launched a larger product launch planned at the beginning of 2026 and referred to a potential fashionable expansion.

“The fashion category is something that I will explore on a later date,” she shared, “because I think it’s an interesting space for me.”

“What has been significant is to be able to talk about my own entrepreneurial journey with other founding women who are either on their own growth trajectory, or that have sold or created brands with high impact and crossed all the learning curves that we all make at the beginning,” she said.

She compared the entrepreneurial process to an progression: “You just try to understand how to walk, so you want to learn to run, then you want to learn to fly. All these things take time.”

Meghan also underlined the value of continuous learning and how much she appreciates the opportunity to grow alongside her peers.
