Joe and Jill met in 1975 after The first wife of the politician,, Neilia Hunter BidenAnd the daughter of the little child Naomi “Amy” died tragically in a car accident in 1972. The educator, for his part, had finalized his divorce of Bill Stevenson Just before being presented to Joe.
