Kate Middleton revealed the deep role that nature has played in its career through its treatment against cancer.

The princess of Wales shared that nature was her “sanctuary” in the past year since she was diagnosed with the condition.

Kate Middleton also pointed out how the capacity of nature “nourish us and helping us to heal and grow is limitless”.

Kate spoke of her trip to well-being after receiving a cancer diagnosis in March 2024, following major abdominal surgery earlier this year.

Now, the future queen shared details on what her trip was in a newly published video shared on Instagram, explaining that she had to kiss “the healing power of nature” during her treatment against cancer.

“In the past year, nature has been my sanctuary,” said Kate, according to the Daily mail. “The ability of the natural world to inspire us, feed us and help us heal and grow is limitless and has been understood for generations.”

She continued: “It is by nature that we can fully understand the true interconnection of all things, the importance of balance and the importance of renewal and resilience. The connection to nature helps us to feel a deeper feeling of ourselves, of the world around us and others.”
